Privacy Notice
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This notice explains how New Creator Club uses personal information when you visit, purchase, or use a membership.
Who is responsible
New Creator Club is based in the United Kingdom and is responsible for personal information used to run the membership. Contact us about privacy at email@newcreatorclub.com.
Information we collect
When you purchase or create an account, we receive your name if you provide it, email address, purchase and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, and account activity. Our authentication provider stores login credentials in protected form; we do not need to see your password.
Stripe collects and processes the payment details you provide at checkout. We receive payment and billing records needed to manage your subscription and provide access, but we do not store your full card number. Our hosting and security services may process IP address, device, browser, and request information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use account and subscription information to deliver the membership, confirm purchases, provide access, send essential account and billing messages, respond to support and refund requests, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. When considering a refund request, we may review whether the account opened lessons or used and saved prompts after the charge.
If you enter your email address at checkout but don’t complete your purchase, we may send you up to three reminder emails about it over the following days. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all future checkout reminders.
If you ask for our free prompt pack, we keep your email address so we can send it to you and contact you about New Creator Club. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails, or ask us to remove your address at any time.
If you book a campaign or send a brief through our Work with me page, we keep your name, email address, brand details, your answers and any files you upload, so we can plan and deliver your campaign. We start saving your answers as soon as you enter your email address, so nothing is lost if you leave before finishing. If you don’t complete your booking, we may email you up to two times about it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your brief and files at any time. Payments are handled by Stripe.
If you're a member, we may email you tips during your first week, a reminder if you haven't visited for a while, and, after your membership ends, up to two emails inviting you back. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
When you first open your account, we ask how you found New Creator Club. Your answer is saved with your account, seen only by the New Creator Club team, and used to understand which channels bring new members.
If you cancel, we may ask why. Your answer is optional and seen only by the New Creator Club team.
If you post a review in the club, or rate the club when asked, and we approve it, other members can see it inside the club with your first name and the first letter of your last name (or your full last name, if you choose), and your profile photo if you add one. They can react to it and reply. Comments and replies you write are shown to members the same way. If you've linked your Discord account, we tag you when your review is shared in the club's Discord.
For people in the UK or EEA, we rely on performance of our contract for account, access, and billing; legal obligation for records we must keep; and legitimate interests for service security and support.
Basic usage statistics
We use PostHog for limited statistics about page visits and actions such as reading lessons, marking progress, saving or copying prompts, activating an affiliate account, starting checkout, clicking links and buttons in our blog articles, and requesting the free prompt pack. Basic statistics run automatically without an analytics popup. We send page paths without query strings, action types, content identifiers and a randomly generated temporary visit identifier. The visit identifier is held in page memory, changes when the page is reloaded and is not connected to your account. Basic statistics do not send your name, email address, account identifier, payment details, form entries or prompt text, and do not include session recordings or automatic click capture.
We record how you arrived at our site, such as the referring website, campaign tags and ad click identifiers, and store this in your browser so we can connect a later purchase to it.
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure and improve our adverts on Facebook and Instagram. On our public pages (not the member area, sign-in or signup), the Pixel tells Meta when you view a page, see our membership plans, request the free prompt pack or start checkout, and Meta may set its own cookies in your browser. When you complete a purchase, we send Meta the amount and currency; your email address, name and country, your city, region and postcode where checkout collects them, and your customer number, all in scrambled (hashed) form; your browser and IP address; and those Meta cookies, so Meta can tell which advert led to it. We keep these browser details only until they are sent, for at most eight days. We and Meta Platforms Ireland are jointly responsible for collecting and sending this information; Meta’s own use of it is covered by its privacy policy, and it may be processed in the United States. This follows the same statistics switch: turning statistics off, or sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, stops it.
When you visit an affiliate’s link in bio page, we count visits and link clicks as daily totals for that affiliate. We do not record who you are, your IP address or your device for this. If you report a page, we keep the reason and any details you add.
You can turn statistics off using Analytics preference on this page without affecting your access. We honour an existing off preference and supported Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Turning statistics off stops future events; requests already sent cannot be recalled. The statistics are used to improve the service, not to decide individual access or refund requests. Those decisions use our separate account and billing records.
Our PostHog project uses its US cloud service, so usage statistics are processed in the United States. The provider receives connection information, including an IP address, when a request reaches it. We disable location enrichment and have enabled the project's client-IP discard setting. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving service usage for this limited statistical processing; accepting the Terms of Service is not treated as separate analytics consent.
Optional member analytics and recordings
During the current initial rollout, activity analytics is on by default for eligible website visits and member accounts, and masked recordings are on by default for the landing page only. You can turn either feature off using the choices below. This default is an opt-out setting, not a record of opt-in consent. Turning them off does not affect account creation, membership, prices or access.
For signed-in members, activity analytics connects the same limited page and feature events to an internal account identifier so we can understand usage across visits and improve member journeys. PostHog can group those events into a member analytics profile. Signed-out visitors use a temporary identifier held in page memory, without a person profile. We do not send your name, email address, password, form contents, prompt text or payment details. Explicit member choices and their save time are recorded against the account; visitor choices are stored in the browser.
When recordings are on, PostHog records only the landing page to help us understand scrolling and interactions. The member dashboard and all other pages are excluded from recording. Text, form inputs and element attributes are masked before transmission; images, video, canvas and embedded content are blocked. Network request bodies, headers and console logs are not recorded. Masking means recordings show a simplified layout rather than an exact copy of your screen.
Withdrawal stops new optional activity or recordings; it does not remove information already sent. Contact email@newcreatorclub.com to request access or deletion of information associated with your account. Browser privacy signals and your general analytics off preference also keep these features off.
Services we use
We use Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Supabase for accounts and membership records, Lovable/Cloudflare to host and deliver the website, and Meta for measuring our adverts. These providers process data to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support, disputes, and legal obligations. Payment and accounting records may need to be kept longer where required by law.
Cookies and local storage
We use an account session cookie to keep you signed in. The site may also store local preferences or unfinished upload state on your device. When you follow a member’s referral link, we automatically record the referral using a first-party cookie for the affiliate attribution window (normally 30 days). This connects an eligible purchase to the referring member; their dashboard does not reveal your identity.
If you change your analytics preferences, we store browser choices in local storage to respect them on future visits. Temporary visitor identifiers remain in page memory and are not reused across separate visits. Member analytics uses your internal account identifier across visits while enabled. If we cannot read your stored browser preference or verify the applicable account and website settings, we keep the affected analytics off.
Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact email@newcreatorclub.com.
New Creator Club is not directed at children who cannot enter a binding contract where they live. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission.
Your choices and rights
You can update certain account details and cancel renewal from your account. Contact email@newcreatorclub.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Depending on where you live and the basis for processing, you may also withdraw consent or complain to your data protection authority.
We will review requests under the laws that apply to you. Some records must be kept to meet legal obligations or resolve payment issues.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the service or our data practices change. We will post the revised version here and provide any additional notice required by law.
