Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms explain how your New Creator Club membership works, including recurring billing and cancellation.

Who provides the service

New Creator Club is based in the United Kingdom and provides the membership described in these terms. For questions about the service, contact email@newcreatorclub.com.

These terms apply to your use of the New Creator Club website, lessons, prompt library, and other member resources. Please read them before subscribing.

Who can join

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase and take responsibility for the account.

Membership and account access

A paid membership gives you access to the content and features described on the website while your subscription is active. Content may be added, revised, or removed as the service develops. A membership does not include third-party AI software or usage fees unless we expressly say otherwise.

After payment, create your account using the same email address used at checkout and confirm that email. Each membership is for one person only. You must keep your login secure and must not share, lend, or transfer your account or membership access to anyone else. Each person who wants access needs their own membership. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Prices and recurring billing

The price and currency shown at checkout are the amount you agree to pay. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every year. An annual price shown as a monthly equivalent is for comparison only: the full annual amount is charged at checkout and on each annual renewal.

Stripe processes payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. We will display the actual amount, billing interval, and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. We will notify you of a price change before it takes effect where required.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current paid billing period; access normally continues until then. If you need help, contact email@newcreatorclub.com.

Monthly members can pause their membership for 1, 2 or 3 months, once in any 12 months. While paused, nothing is charged and access to lessons and the prompt library ends when the period already paid for ends; your progress and saved prompts are kept. Your membership restarts automatically at your usual price on the date shown, or earlier if you resume. We email you a few days before it restarts.

If you are a UK consumer, you can cancel your initial subscription within 14 days of purchase, including if you started using the digital content immediately. Contact email@newcreatorclub.com to exercise this right. We will also honour any cancellation rights that apply to renewals under UK law. This legal right is separate from our seven-day review of unused charges.

Outside any legal cancellation right, subscription payments are generally not refundable for a change of mind because members can access digital lessons and prompts immediately. However, contact email@newcreatorclub.com within seven days after a charge if you have not meaningfully used the membership. We will review requests fairly and may check lesson visits, completions, and saved prompts to understand whether the content was used. Simply creating an account or opening one page will not automatically count as meaningful use.

This policy does not reduce any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights you have under applicable law. We will also review problems such as duplicate charges or content that was not made available as promised.

Using the content

The lessons, prompts, images, and other member materials are provided for your personal or internal business learning. You may use what you learn to create your own work. Do not resell, republish, or redistribute the member materials themselves without written permission.

You remain responsible for how you use third-party AI tools and any work you publish. Follow applicable law and the terms of those tools. New Creator Club does not promise a particular creative result, income, clients, or business outcome.

Account suspension

We may suspend access if an account is used fraudulently, shared in breach of these terms, or used to harm the service or other members. Contact email@newcreatorclub.com if you think we made a mistake. Any refund decision remains subject to the policy above and applicable law.

Service changes and problems

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. If a material problem prevents you from using your membership, contact email@newcreatorclub.com so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Usage statistics and privacy

We use limited usage statistics to understand which pages and features are useful and improve New Creator Club. Basic statistics run automatically without an analytics popup. They use a temporary visit identifier, not your account identifier, name or email.

Our Privacy Notice explains account-linked activity analytics and masked landing-page recordings. During the current initial rollout, these features are on by default. You can turn them off through the Privacy Notice and still create an account and use your membership. Your saved analytics choices remain independent of accepting these terms.

Questions and changes to these terms

If you have a concern, please write to email@newcreatorclub.com so we can try to resolve it. We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised date here and provide any notice required by law. Changes will not override the terms of a charge already made or rights you have under applicable law.
